This project by Shangbang features an industrial exhaust transition system, crafted from thick black steel plates precisely laser-cut, shaped with smooth rounded corners, reinforced with angle steel and a top flange, and fully hand-welded into a strong, unified structure.

The tapered design guides airflow efficiently, improving extraction performance. It is ideal for production lines, welding zones, ventilation systems, and dust collection setups. The thick steel construction ensures durability under high temperature, negative pressure, and vibration—maintaining stability without deformation or leakage.
